Sony to release CompactFlash

JogjaTechno - Sony has unexpectedly announced it entered the CompactFlash cards market. The first series will soon be unveiled. Thus the company is trying to meet the demand for high-speed and productive storage cards for digital SLR cameras.

The first Sony CompactFlash cards are to come out in spring. They comply with CompactFlash Type I format. The line consists of 66x and 133 x and 1-4 GB cards. They will be introduced as the part of the ecosystem of Sony α100 D-SLR.
